Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing presented with restored original artwork, immaculate sound remastered by longtime Who engineer Jon Astley. 1965 album by the British Rock icons. My Generation was the debut studio album by The Who. The album was made immediately after the Who achieved their initial success on the UK singles chart but was later dismissed by the band as something of a rush job that did not accurately represent their stage performance of the time. Contrary to their feelings, the album is a favorite amongst critics and fans. Includes 'The Kids Are Alright', 'A Legal Matter', 'I'm A Man, 'The Ox' and the title track.
Standalone repress of the 2012 cut, originally used for [r=4043005] box. Released on 180g vinyl (not mentioned on the release). Cut at Metropolis ('M' logo in the runouts). No "ABBEY ROAD" in the runouts. Similar editions: [r=26857655]: "ABBEY ROAD" in the runouts (another 2015 edition). [r=23421197]: "ABBEY ROAD" in the runouts but with longer runouts / different runout format. Runouts are stamped except for the 'M' logo and "MILES", which are etched. Ivica S. - 03/Jan/2021 5 of 5 Stars!
GREAT GREAT FIRst ALBUM...THE Who - They have both stooped to bad mouthing Keith Moon (and goodness knows we all knew of the flaws in his character) and John Entwistle. Considering that they both played a crucial role in the sound and sensibility of The Who is very mean. It is also really arrogant to consider that the band might have still been as big without them since any continuing success is built on the foundations they helped build. Highly recommended
