Jurassic Shift was the fourth proper release from the Ozric Tentacles and the first album to be recorded in their own studio the Mill. The album reached #11 in the UK national chart. Ozric Tentacles are a unique phenomenon. Long before they released a record or a CD they had become a group of musicians whose name was often on the tongues of the frequenters of the mid 80's UK underground and alternative, psychedelic festival circuit. Disc one CD features the original album re-mastered, Disc two is a DVD and includes the video for "Vita Voom" plus live festival footage from Glastonbury and "In the Studio - the Making of Jurassic Shift".
