Description:â??Goodbye Lullabyâ?? is the fourth studio album by Avril Lavigne, released in 2011. The album is a more introspective effort and consists of mainly stripped down instruments such as the piano and acoustic guitar. Avril co-wrote every original track on the album, and took on production duties for the first time. Including the singles â??What the Hellâ??, â??Smileâ?? and â??Wish You Were Hereâ??. The album also includes an extended version of the soundtrack single for the 2010 film Alice in Wonderland, titled â??Aliceâ??. -
Two years in the making, Canadian-born singer/songwriter Avril Lavigne releases her fourth studio album, GOODBYE LULLABY. Lavigne worked with longtime collaborators Deryck Whibley, Evan Taubenfeld and Butch Walker, as well as songwriter/producer Max Martin. Lavigne continues to share her personal experiences through her writing and music, and GOODBYE LULLABY is a further evolution of this, propelled by a more raw and organic sound. Features the hit single "What the Hell".
