On May 16th Truth & Soul presents the first volume of their singles collection entitled Fallin Off the Reel. Over the past three years, T&S has released a series of limited edition 45 singles that never exceed 2000 copies pressed. For the first time, thoes who don't have access to a record player will be able to hear these 'diamonds in the rough' that have given Truth & Soul it's name. Highlights include a collaboration with Latin band Bronx River Parkway and Brazilian singing sensation Analu, two highly acclaimed soul bands from New Jersey's own, Lee Fields, a soulful re-interpretation of Wu-Tang classics from El Michels Affair. And two unreleased funk songs from Tyrone Ashley & Funky Music Machine recorded in the early 70's. LITA. 2006.
