Eugene S. - 23/Sep/2022 The seventh studio album by the American heavy metal band Manowar, released in 1992."Achilles, Agony and Ecstasy in Eight Parts" is the longest (28 minutes and 38 seconds) and most complex Manowar song. I recommend.
| | Vladimir G. - 10/Feb/2022 The final masterpiece of Manowar in my opinion. Probably the peak of their career, from the opening behemoth track of Achilles to the closing atmospheric ballad Master of the Wind. Also, personally I think it's their best artwork.
| | Alexander S. - 07/Aug/2019 I once liked the album as a non-standard approach to writing. A lot of unusual moves, moments. The album is by no means monotonous. There are completely diverse compositions, for example, the sensual ballad "Master Of The Wind" or the awesome "The Demon's Whip". But for me the wonderful "The Power Of The Sword" became a true masterpiece on this album! I want to note that, probably, the new musicians - Reno and David Schenkl, influenced the experimentation of the disc and the unusual sound, however, they coped brilliantly with their duties. The result is an excellent album, although not the best at Manovar, it is commendable.
| | Natalia M. - 25/Feb/2016 Beautiful album Manovar (1992). Virtuoso arrangements. Great sound quality.
| | Andreas S. - 01/Oct/2021 Manowar zelebrieren "ihren" True Metal, dieser ist für STEREO-Anlagen gemacht, nicht fürs abspielen übers Smartphone.
