Description:Pale Communion by Opeth, released 21 August 2014, includes the following tracks: "Moon Above, Sun Below", "Goblin", "Voice Of Treason" and more. This version of Pale Communion comes as a 1xCD. -
2014 album from the Swedish Metal band produced by the band's very own Mikael Akerfeldt and mixed by longtime collaborator and Porcupine Tree frontman/guitarist Steven Wilson. The material finds Opeth once again challenging the boundaries of extreme music. In an interview with Vice's Noisey, Akerfeldt stated, 'I wanted to do something more melodic with this album, there's stronger vocal melodies and more melodies overall, I was pretty consistent with that frame of mind throughout the writing process.' PALE COMMUNION follows 2011's critically acclaimed HERITAGE which proved a milestone album for Opeth, earning them widespread acclaim and an ever-growing fan following.
Standard jewel case version. Pre-orders on Omerch came with a coaster and extra booklet (signed). Made in the E.U.

It's a different album from the first album, but it's still a great album.

New album of Opeth is quite good as Heritage. Fantastic retro prog rock! Cooperation with Steven Wilson have fruits. Good listening. Cover is nice, music is beautiful. This kind of Opeth face suit me.
