| Description: | German DJ/producer Boris Dlugosch claims an exclusive place in house music's international hall of fame. His deep-felt love for funk, hip hop and the groovy side of pop music have turned him into a knowledgeable and skilful remixer who has blessedly dominated mainstream dance music with legendary remixes for Moloko ("Sing It Back"), Mary J. Blige ("Give Me You"), and Röyksopp ("Eple"), amongst others. The title Radio Disco refers to Dlugosch's musical base. Apart from his Hamburg studio, he has been hosting his own radio show on Channel Sputnik and once a month as presenter on BigFM's BigCityBeats. The soundclash with fellow DJ Radio Slave redefines the limits of today's club culture and includes Danish darling Trente Moller ("Moan")¸ the eclectic Mr. Oizo, tech-electro's Vitalic, and even Franz Ferdinand remixed by the much talked about French electro duo Justice! Boris Dlugosch and Radio Slave definitely take DJ culture to the next level by melting down previously set boundaries and they have all it takes to ring in a new era in dance music evolution. |
