Recorded live at Tivoli Konsertsal, Copenhagen, Denmark, October 25, 1963. Sleeve notes include a transcription of a short interview Frank Kofsky had with John Coltrane in 1966. Note: "Unfortunately, the original recording machine ran out of tape during the quartet's performance of 'Impressions'. Thus, the end of that tune wasn't recorded and the track is incomplete."
