1965 marks the starting point of one of the most successful rock bands of our time. Hailing from Hannover, Germany, the SCORPIONS embarked on a journey that would lead them around the globe and would establish them as one of the greatest rock bands of all time.

With the November 6 release of the 50th-anniversary deluxe editions, the SCORPIONS celebrate their impressive achievements and open their vaults to unleash hitherto unreleased songs, alternate versions of big hits, rough mixes and rare live concert footage.

In addition to dozens of previously unheard studio tracks and live recordings, all CD releases are contain extended booklets featuring rare photos and, single covers, backstage passes and additional liner notes by Edgar Klüsener, a former editor in chief of Metal Hammer who has followed the band's career closely over several decades. Five of the eight albums are accompanied bya DVD that contains live concert footage from the respective period, together with TV performances and in-depth interviews with the band. In these interviews, they talk about the background history and the creative process of each of these albums: "Lovedrive", "Blackout", "Love At first Sting", "World Wide Live" and "Savage Amusement

The fifth studio album by German band Scorpions, released in 1977. This was the first Scorpions album to feature drummer Herman Rarebell and the final studio album to feature guitarist Uli Jon Roth. I recommend.

Perhaps the weakest edition of the band's line of deluxe releases. An album that was also not so powerful originally and in this version its attractions are the new remastering and some bonus tracks [mostly demo versions]. There are 3 moments that make the difference: she He's A Woman-she She's A Man, Steamrock Fever and We'll Burn The Sky. The cover used was well chosen, avoiding the cover with the photo of the members. Important historical record of the Scorpions, but avoid starting your collection here.

This is one of the best Scorpions albuns from the 70's, featuring some great classic songs, as We'll Burn the Sky, Sails of Charon, He is a Woman... This deluxe versioin comes with bonus tracks and make this fantastic for Scorpions fans.

The best remastered sound of the great hard rock album I've heard.The 50th anniversary edition is released in a 3-fold digipak with a 16-page informative booklet with solid liner notes. It's a must have for any Scorpions fan!

Classics and nothing but classics. It is difficult to evaluate the album and the group who really raised several generations of rockers, metalists and just a music lover. Expressive melody and guitar work, real emotions, real enthusiasm and drive in this recording. You just need to listen!

Beautiful album Scorpions (1977). The guitar plays Uli Roth. The remastered 2015. Digipack, 16 page booklet, 5 bonus track. Very good!
