Mastered [...] for Stereophonic Mastering. 994 copies housed in textured old-style Stoughton sleeves, including a 7" square single-sided insert and an MP3 download coupon. Durations do not appear on release. Pre-orders before 15th May 2010 had the option of being accompanied by the [r=2323056] CD, that was not available for individual purchase. Runouts are hand-etched. Lacquer cutting company/engineer derived from runouts.
