Comes in a clear jewel case with a sticker on front, black and a golden star as background, saying: "Featuring: "In This Diary", "My Reply", "The Saddest Song". The sticker also contains a link to the artist's website and a hint for using the CD in a computer. Engineer [a337522] is misspelled as "Bradley Cooke" in the booklet. Tracks 14 and 15 are bonus tracks that are not listed on the back cover. Tracks 13 and 14 are separated by 30 seconds of silence.
