I would give this zero stars if I could. What seems like a great product is really a terrible product that has major defects in it's foundation. I want to return this product. I had the product working for 3 weeks with a 48 hour window that it didn't work. Now I've been without a flight stick for 3 weeks since I sent it to Thrustmaster. I bought a F/A-18C grip as well and ordered another base so I could sim while the Warthog joystick and base were getting repaired. The hornet grip and TM base does not work coming straight out-of-the box. This is the worst purchase of my life. Not only was it a premium purchase but a purchase with major headaches since day 1. I've wasted 20 hours fixing a firmware problem, then spent another 50 hours unable to fix 2 computer's being unable to recognize a single input from the stick while the computer does detect the device is hooked up and even states it's ok. Stay away from this product unless you need a hobby of pursuing dreams that end up wasting 100s of hours of your life being frustrated and unhappy instead of flight simming across the world.
