Coltrane starts out playing the melody of a song that no one would have thought to associate with jazz, and slowly moves from the melody into his trademark style of harmonic improvisation, and finally into a completely free solo that's as inspired and wide ranging - and then he brings it all back, playing the head once more, and finish on a note of absolute exuberance. Highly recommended
