Mac Miller's Best Day Ever served as a successful follow-up to his breakthrough mixtape K.I.D.S. (Kickin' Incredibly Dope Shit). The 16 track project featured some notable guest appearances by Wiz Khalifa and Phonte of Little Brother/The Foreign Exchange. And while Miller has become known for his own production skill these days, Best Day Ever featured none of his own production.
