Maestro de la tradición pianística, desde Tatum hasta Tyner, esta es su primera oportunidad en más de una década de brillar en un disco, en el formato de trío, donde destaca. El tremendo virtuosismo técnico de Miller es evidente desde el inicio, con el ritmo acelerado de "If I Were A Bell", pero es la elegancia con la que exhibe sus extraordinarias habilidades lo que resulta tan inspirador. A lo largo de la actuación, demuestra una articulación asombrosa sin que el oyente piense en ningún momento que alguna de sus muchas notas se toca simplemente por ostentación. En el encantador "Waltz For Monk" de Donald Brown y el hermoso "O Grand Amor" de Jobim, también demuestra su capacidad para un uso del espacio impresionante.
