The Damn Truth is a Montreal real rock'n'roll band and Devilish Folk, is their second album. Singer Lee-la Baum is currently the singer for a worldwide Yves St Laurent perfume ad (Mon Paris) that has spiked interest in the band. It was produced by Jean Massicotte, whose credits include Patrick Watson, Lhasa, Bran Van 3000, and others. Grammy-award winner Tchad Blake (Black Keys, Pearl Jam, Arctic Monkeys, Peter Gabriel, etc) mixed 8 of the 12 tracks, including the single, Heart Is Cold. It was mastered by John Davis, responsible for the recent Led Zeppelin re-issues in addition to work with U2, Lana del Ray, Stone Roses, Florence & The Machine, and others. Cover art is by noted international street artist Enzo Sarto. Deluxe digipak with fold out poster lyrics.
