Description:This compact switch offers eight Plug & Play ports to small offices, workgroups and departmental networks at 10/100/1000 Mbps. The Gigabit Switch does not require a fan and is therefore ideally suited for use directly at the workplace. The DGS-108 provides fast and continuous data transmission with speeds of up to 2000Mbps (full duplex) and flow control according to IEEE 802.3x. For time-critical applications, the desktop switch supports the 802.1p (QoS) protocol. A robust metal housing protects the switch from external damage. For convenient and safe installation, the DGS-108 is also equipped with a wall mount and a slot for a Kensington safety lock.
