**Ruben Hoeke** has been one of Hollands leading guitarists for years. Since starting out in 1992, he has been touring all over Europe and won several prestigious prizes. Foremost heâ??s known as a hard working musician. The new **Ruben Hoeke Band** album, called â??Sonic Revolverâ??, will take things a little further when it comes to his musicianship. In his own words:â??This must be the first RHB record I worked on where many times during the process, I had to laugh so hard I couldnâ??t even play my guitar anymore. We had loads of fun just crash boom banging our way through the songs recorded on this fourth, rowdy, and energetic album. Sonic Revolver is the new album by the Ruben Hoeke Band, released through Butler Records. On this fourth album under his own name, Ruben Hoeke still delves into his R&B/Blues roots but the main focus here lies on catchy songs, performed by a band on fire. Therefore Sonic Revolver has, in comparison to his previous albums, a significantly more diverse Hard Rock, Soul, and Pop vibe. The new Ruben Hoeke Band features the renowned Paul Brandsen on bass, brother Eric Hoeke on drums, and the highly talented discovery Lucas Pruim on vocals.
