Although not stated as such, "No Ordinary Morning", "Don't Give Up" and "Saltwater" are re-recordings as due to a previous dispute, the original sound recordings could not be licenced from Xtravaganza who still owned the sound recordings to the "Behind The Sun" sessions (but not the "Far From The Maddening Crowds" sessions).
