"Sumerian Cry" es el álbum debut revolucionario de la banda sueca Tiamat lanzado en 1990 y ahora disponible en formato CD gracias al fabricante Plastic Head. Este disco representa un hito fundamental dentro del desarrollo del death metal por su fusión única entre atmósferas oscuras y riffs agresivos que crearon una identidad sonora propia para la época e influyeron profundamente en futuras generaciones del género musical extremo. El álbum destaca por sus voces crudas y letras sombrías junto con composiciones innovadoras que marcaron tendencia posteriormente; tras este lanzamiento inicial exitoso,Tiamat evolucionó hacia sonidos góticos y progresivos alcanzando reconocimiento internacional con discos como ?Wildhoney? o ?Clouds?. Por su parte el fabricante británico Plastic Head lleva desde 1986 siendo referente mundial distribuyendo productos musicales alternativos (metal,punk,etc.), asegurando siempre ediciones auténticas y cuidadas para los verdaderos aficionados.
