Popular vocalist Margaret Whiting placed 45 songs in the American Top 100 over 3 decades including two No. 1's and two No. 2's. Margaret made numerous recordings for radio broadcast in the late 1940's, songs she never recorded commercially, and after broadcast, they have not been heard since. Working with her estate we are delighted to make 53 of these "lost" songs available on this 2 CD release. 57 SONGS in all.

All performances taken from radio transcriptions of the 1946 Barry Wood Show. Margaret Whiting did not record any of these compositions for labels, hence the "Lost Recordings" title of the set.
