The CS1642A DVI KVMP switch for dual-shield systems and USB 2.0 takes a whole new direction in KVM functionality by combining a 2-port KVM switch with a 2-port USB 2.0 hub. At the same time, it has connectivity for two DVI monitors, making it the ideal tool for all graphic designers, bankers and financial advisors for medical applications and computer games. With an RJ45 patch cable, the CS1642A can also be cascaded with another CS1642A, which means that 2 PCs with 4 (!) can now be used connected displays can be used. In addition, the CS1642 supports rich 2.1-channel audio transmission, adding a whole new dimension in video playback to any home theater system. As a KVM switch, it enables two computers with two displays from a single USB console.
The CS1642A 2-port USB KVMP switch for two DVI monitors is a versatile device that combines a 2-port KVM switch with a 2-port USB hub. The latest version supports even four monitors when two two-monitor KVM switches are connected together.
You can use the CS1642A with multiple monitors, with daisy-chaining of two switches for two, three, and even four-monitor workstations. Thanks to its 120 Hz, the CS1642A is also thanks to its 120 Hz 3D
