daniel t. - 01/Feb/2025 5 of 5 Stars!
This album was recorded in 1960 at the same sessions that produced "A night in Tunesia" and it was released on Blue Note Records. As we come to expect from Blakey and his bandmates, the excellent program consists of high-quality hard bop. As usual the Wayne Shorter compositions stand out.
