Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk is the second, but the best Emperor album, in my opinion. In the Nightside Eclipse is obviously a great album, but this is more complex and atmospheric!

I can not call this work of musical art otherwise than great. The disc has come a long way with me and still remains unsurpassed among groups using symphonies in Black Metal. It is in the collection and is regularly auditioned.
