"Made in Fitzroy" 'Fingers Crossed' was built on some of the 522 days between 14.7.01 and 18.12.02. at various incarnations of super melody world: a lounge room in Fitzroy, a hallway in Parkville, a bedroom in Northcote, a spare room in Coburg, a laundry in North Carlton, a garage in East Brunswick, a bedroom in Elwood, a gymnasium in Caulfield, a farmhouse near Corowa and a holiday house in Portsea. 'The Owls Go' and the 'Fumble' outro recorded at Wimble Manor. 'Kindling' (winter version) renovations recorded by Isobel before a RZA concert. [Note: This track appears not on this release, but on [r=495468].] 'Like A Call' mixed at 001. Analog excursions via Preston, VIC. Mastering at Moose. Erratum: Track 10 is printed on the rear artwork as "It s Almost A Trap", missing the apostrophe, which may actually be obscured due to the layout of the design. The track is also titled differently within the insert as "Almost A Trap". The front cover has it printed as "It's Almost A Trap". ____________________________________ Very similar to another Australian release, [r353661], but with a different barcode and also distributed and manufactured by another label, [l1289].
