The twelfth studio album by American heavy metal band Iced Earth, released on June 16, 2017. Loudwire states Incorruptible has moments of greatness that hearken back to the band's '90s glory days, but also a few underwhelming moments. I recommend.

With this new album "Incorruptible", Iced Earth cut down the fragmentary era of the thematic albums and also break the curse of monotonous and sclerotized riffing, bringing it back to a background on which the words of a mature and sincere songwriting, meet more intricate and intriguing guitar plays. So they return to leave the individual songs breathing as standalone complete episodes, while in its entirety, the album flows lightly from superstructures. So let's get back free too, to exalt ourselves with songs like "Defiance" or "The Relic". A singular mention is on "Clear That Way", that calls out the long time Schaffer's love for American Civil War History: best song of the album, "Clear that way" depicts the sacrifice of the valiant Irish Brigade (The Fighting 69th) at Fredericksburg against the Confederates. Brave Irish Men Iced Earth tributed with touching words and melodies. Good Work Lads!
