Stefan Raab presented the song in his own comedy TV show "TV Total" and it became very popular. The song teases the pronunciation of Regina Z. and she became a short-term celebrity with people besieging and vandalising her property, which caused a media frenzy. Track 4 is basically track 2 with the vocals on one channel and the instrumentation on the other. Presumably this is to parody the stereo effects of the 1960s as this is when stereo was first introduced and there were very mixed reactions to it. This song contains strong language even in the Radio Edit version.
