In May 2013, the notorious Billy Milano announced a 25th Anniversary Tour featuring the band's new lineup who have finally completed a new M.O.D. album, titled 'Busted, Broke and American'. From their 1987 debut on, M.O.D. have been a groundbreaking act in the crossover of Hardcore andThrash Metal and with this final album, they are going out with a bang. -

U.S.A. for M.O.D., the band's debut album, was produced by S.O.D. bandmate and Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian. M.O.D.'s second effort, Surfin' M.O.D., was an anomaly, featuring little thrash metal, focusing more on humorous cover songs and a beach party atmosphere. The band would return to their roots on Gross Misconduct, as well as further expand their sound on Rhythm of Fear. It was around this time that Milano performed a reunion show with S.O.D. at The Ritz in New York City.

CD in 6-panel digisleeve with 12-page booklet. Recorded, engineered, mixed and mastered by: Tim Gerron of Gerron Music ATX. This release has a mixture of credits in the booklet on the 1st and on the 2nd digisleeve panel. Jason (Ginchy) Kottwitz is credited for lead & rhythm guitar on the left panel and for lead, rhythm guitar & acoustic guitars on the middle panel. Tim (Tank) Casterline is credited for bass guitar on the left panel and for bass guitars on the middle panel.
