Sergey I. - 01/Aug/2019 I won’t be a doomsayer who claims Seasons Of The Black to be a clear sign that Rage should hang up their boots anytime soon, but a new album from these Germans is never going to be a cause for celebration unless some courageous alterations happen soon. Many songs pass by pleasantly and inoffensively, but the majority of the album leaves me yearning for those moments that make me sit up and grin childishly, aesthetically flush with all of the band's hallmarks, Seasons of the Black is certainly a reason to keep invested in Peavy's Teutonic monument, and I'm more than happy with that.
