Description:Power over Ethernet (PoE) is a technology that can supply network-enabled terminals not only with data, but also with power, via the network cable. As a result, the power supply can be saved on the end device and installation can also take place in places where there is no power outlet. This results in considerable savings potential for installation and operating costs. The ALLNET LT PoE products support the IEEE802.3af standard with a power of 15.4 watts, the IEEE802.3at High Power Standard with 30 watts and the LT PoE standard with 90 watts power. Active PoE terminals are automatically detected by the ALLNET product series and accordingly supplied individually according to performance requirements. The combination of switch/injector, repeater and splitter allows a distance of over 500m. At the end of the line, terminals that are not PoE can be supplied with up to 25V of electricity.
