The first 5 have spines that match up on the one side to form part of the image of a boy, also present on the cover of [m=2793], and include the band members' printed signatures on the disc face. Issued with an English booklet, and Japanese booklet, and a two-sided obi. Track 12 from the [r=1652666] single. Tracks 13 and 14 are previously unreleased live recordings.
