Recorded between April 1998 and November 2000 in The Gas Chamber, Los Angeles. All tracks published via IDEOLOGIC ORGAN (BMI) and SABBATH REHASH (BMI). Licensed from Southern Lord Recordings. ©&? 2002, 2007 Southern Lord Recordings. Manufactured by Disk Union under exclusive license from Southern Lord Recordings. Made in Japan. Some samples and photos from undisclosed sources. This is the Japanese expanded 2xCD edition (CD2 is a Japan Exclusive Bonus Disc), released in a four-panelled gatefold hard cardboard cover, with each sleeve housing one disc (each disc has its own printed paper sheath). Tracklisting for CD 1 (Part I 2001) is identical to [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/347481]this album[/url] and CD 2 (Part II 2007) is a live recording at Earthdom, Tokyo which is previously unreleased. Comes with acetate obi strip. Obi & sticker on packaging indicates that "Merzbow" mixed CD 2, but the actual credit went to Masami Akita. New designs on CDs. Due to the mastering process, this version has very slight pauses between tracks.
