| | Description: | Following the successful release of the Holger Czukay retrospective. Groenland is re-releasing all his solo works in the course of 2018. The first one will be his collaboration with David Sylvian, which originally span over 2 albums. In the re-release we combine the two albums to a double vinyl and 2CD product.It comes in a nice packaging, is digitally remastered and contains an lovely booklet with new liner notes by David Toop. These albums were NOT part of the â??Cinemaâ?? Boxset and haven`t been available for some time. - .. PREMONITION/FLUX & MUTABILITYDouble vinyl LP pressing, includes digital download. David Sylvian and Holger Czukay are fairly eclectic and diverse musicians. In the European ambient scene, they are fixtures. They present this collection of atmospheres as a tight and cohesive soundscape. The gentle sway of the ambience is deep and comfortable. There are no dark overtones. Fans of Brian Eno, Robert Fripp, Markus Reuter and Liquid Mind will like this album. It is an important selection for fans of electronic minimalism.Issued in a gatefold sleeve with printed inners
LP 1, containing slightly different versions of original tracks (Premonition - different mix, Plight - shorter cut), first issued in 2002 on the bonus CD with [m=40807]. The original versions of these tracks were released on [m=23220]
