Description:

Die Musik fÃ¼r "Passages" wurde von Clayton wÃ¤hrend drei Wochen im Juli 2017 geschrieben. Das Album wurde von Anfang bis Ende der Reihe nach erstellt. Es wurde nichts gelÃ¶scht oder umgeschrieben. Was Sie hÃ¶ren, ist reine Emotion und KreativitÃ¤t. Und das ist es, was das zweite MOUNTAINEER-Album so besonders und wertvoll macht. "Passages" war ein Experiment des Schreibens als Strom des Bewusstseins. Auch der Aufnahmeprozess wurde rationalisiert: MOUNTAINEER verbrachte nur 6 Tage mit der Aufnahme des Albums in den Nu-Tone Studios mit Produzent Ben Hirschfield. "Passages" besteht aus zwei 20-minÃ¼tigen Liedern, die in einzelne Passagen unterteilt sind. Die Album ist durch mehrere Ã¼bergreifende Themen miteinander verbunden, konzentriert sich aber hauptsÃ¤chlich auf die MÃ¼he, das Konzept der Sterblichkeit zu begreifen. Die Band verwendete viele akustische Schichten von Instrumentierung, um ihre klangliche Vision auch bei "Passagen" zu betonen. Xylophon, Klavier, Tamburin, Jingle Bells, Spieluhr, 12-saitige Akustikgitarre und eine Bierflasche als Schlagzeug werden in die Mischung gepfeffert. Bei der Herstellung von Passages wurden keine synthetischen KlÃ¤nge verwendet. -
