“Here to hear” by Wishbone Ash.
This is probably the little-known album of Wishbone Ash, as it has hardly been reissued since its release in 1989.
And in vain! This is a very deserving album recorded by the reunited original "star" line-up of the group.
It has several compositions, the vocal part of which was performed by Ted Turner, which did not happen often in the history of the band.
When listening to the album, you get real pleasure from good music with wonderful arrangement and filigree performance technique. The lead guitars of the duet Ted Turner / Andy Powell, the bass guitar of Martin Turner, and Steve Upton drums are great here.
In addition, this release of the album is characterised by excellent recording quality.
"Here to hear" is the last album recorded by the original line-up. Then the story of Wishbone Ash went a completely different way.
