Description: | Works For Accordion is an album by Runaway Trio, released in 2018. The album is a classical CD. - WORKS BY HOSOKAWA/ROJKO/HAAS/AM/TIENSUU/LANGSix different composers created six different compositions in different periods of development of this young chamber group - accordion trio. Each of them, in his own way and technique, gives musical thoughts to the listener. However, both of them, composers as well as musicians, possess an extraordinary ability to produce interesting and rich sounds. These incredible contrasts encouraged the Runaway Trio to place these compositions on their first release. They range from minimalistic 'Åm and Lang,' through the compact compositions of Haas and Hosokawa, to the fragmentary "running of the sounds" of Rojko and the "obligatory" Mutta whose work represents one of the major milestones of music for this ensemble. The Runaway Trio is made up of brilliant young accordionists Matjaz Balazic, Zan Trobas, and Borut Mori. The CD "Werke für Akkordeon" by the Runaway Trio, released under Orlando Records, is a captivating journey through the expressive world of accordion music. This album showcases an impressive selection of works that highlight both classical and contemporary compositions for the instrument. The Runaway Trio, known for their dynamic performances and innovative interpretations, have established themselves as leading figures in modern chamber music with numerous international awards and acclaimed concert tours across Europe. Orlando Records is renowned for its commitment to high-quality recordings and fostering exceptional talent within the classical genre, making this release a testament to their dedication to musical excellence. |
