Description The FTDI USB to Zero Modem Serial Adapter Cable (1 Port) ICUSB232FTN converts an available USB 1.1 or 2.0 port to an RS232 zero-modem serial DB9 port, so that DCE/DTE conflicts are resolved directly without the need for additional cross-wired serial cables or adapters. This compact adapter has COM storage, which automatically preserves com port values after removing and re-plugging the cable into the host computer. The same applies to a system restart.
