For this purpose, the fischer FID is set with the hand or a cordless screwdriver. The special threaded spiral cuts into the insulation plate in a form-fitting manner. The attachments such as letterboxes, lamps or motion detectors can be fastened with a 4 to 4.5 mm screw. By setting the plug exclusively in the insulation, attachments can be mounted without thermal bridge.
