The last album of the once beloved band. It is difficult for long-time fans of the band to evaluate. The music is not interesting, the band has changed its style. But for the sake of Sharon Den Adele, you can forgive everything.

Speaking quite frankly, “Resist” turned out to be a monstrously tortured work that definitely did not please the ear of the group's fan - and at the same time it was hardly able to attract the attention of a certain young audience seeking something unknown. It is most likely to describe the album's material as a weighted and atmospheric alternative rock at the same time, not without some progressive rock deviation in arrangements, seasoned with a considerable dose of post-rock rhythmic detachment (quite obvious in the “Firelight” track) and, much worse, fancy beats from an arsenal of urban music, especially notable in the Endless War issue. As a result, in addition to Sharon den Adele’s voice, only the usual gothic symphonic plays Raise Your Banner (a duet with Anders Frieden from In Flames) and Supernova, all unanimously spoiled by the audience, inform the listener about the attitude of Resist to the discography of our heroes. intelligible information and smeared lots of electric guitars.
