Released for download/streaming on 7th Sept 2018 Physical vinyl version released 9th November 2018 (advance orders sent early). The debut EP from London four-piece instrumental space/surf/psych band. Japanese Television is a hypnotic bass-driven motorik jam with organ, synth and reverb-drenched guitar and classic 'surf' instrumentation exhibiting influence from the likes of Hawkwind, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, and Neu! Formed in late 2017, JTV take wonky surf music on a journey into space creating atmosphere and hypnotic effect through repetition, reverbs and delay, harps and fuzzboxes. Only Japanese Television are 100% Space Surf. JTV's debut EP was recorded by Kristian Bell of the Wytches on to 8 track tape.
