Marco M. - 10/Feb/2020 4 of 5 Stars!
"Moonglow" is indeed a proof that project Avantasia floats in a state of grace, with lot of stars surrounding its sky painted with notes and many new stories to tell. Once again Sammet proves to be a talent capable of blending several genres and voices with a simply natural approach, until they are totally organic and functional for the album's economy. Not a masterpiece but surely a strong release.

The album did not shock, but did not disappoint. Those who wanted to hear good music heard it. Those who wanted revelation from yet another commercially successful project may leave with nothing. And from the first listening. Alas, the album does not give a second chance to its listeners.
