Issued in a 7-inch gatefold mini LP cover with - a 24 pp. booklet in English, - a 60 pp. booklet in Japanese (including English lyrics and their translations), - a replica of the original LP obi, - a replica of a concert ticket, - a replica of a Japanese tour programme, - a replica of a Japanese tour/promo flyer, - two fold-out posters, - three replicas of single release covers.
