The second studio album by German thrash metal band Kreator, released in November 1986. Pleasure to Kill is widely considered a landmark thrash metal classic. I recommend.

It is a real pleasure to hold this piece in your hands. Remaster is better than original. Bonus tracks from "Flag of hate" EP are priceless. Digipack and booklet excellent.

Kvlt album of great teutonic thrash metal legends! Comes in digipak

Wild and slashing from the start, the speed, high energy abandon and zeal with which Kreator makes still, after 25 years, an all time favorite of mine.

English Alexander S. - 14/02/2021 5 sur 5 étoiles!
I personally consider this work to be a classic of thrash metal. This is exactly what real trash should be: evil, aggressive, brutal, impossibly high-speed. You can pick up a lot of comparisons, but it's better to listen. Powerful work, the sound is better compared to the last album, guitars and drums sound clearer and more interesting, but the sound is still damp. But it is this slight fuzziness of sound that complements the all-consuming atmosphere of the album. The speed of the music is just, well, very high, but there is no particular ingenuity in the compositions, the drums knock out their rhythm with great speed, the guitars and vocals keep up with them. The vocals are also the same as they were, such a quick spitting out of words, except that the aggression noticeably increased. Guitar solos became more interesting and even faster. The album begins with a slow calm guitar composition "Choir of the Damned", but already the next "Ripping Corpse", "Death is your Savior" and "Pleasure to Kill", fast and ferocious, simply completely demolish the tower, the strongest action films. And in fact, it will be so until the very end of the album, no indulgences, here it is - pure trash. The album is perceived as one whole. In general, an excellent, strong work that I want to listen to with pleasure. Classic.

Very good album of early death metal! Fantastic remastered edition!

English Vladislav M. - 12/10/2019 3 sur 5 étoiles!
The album is a legend of the German tharsh metal scene. However, the label clearly saved on the quality of the edition of the remastered series. The print quality of the digipack panels is poor, image sharpness is low, because of the cover on both sides they look blurry. Honestly, this looks unconvincing. And it seriously upsets. The disadvantages of technical printing are offset by high-quality sound, a large booklet and bonus tracks. Given the described, as a luxury this edition, I would not appreciate. But the music from this release has been great for over 30 years.

This is not only one of the greatest thrash metal albums ever, Highlights... Pleasure to Kill, The Pestilence, oh yes... Command of the blade! And of course Riot of Violence, the main verse riff is absolutely fucking brilliant - possibly the best on the entire album. This album will refuse to let you survive unharmed.
