Description:
"The Last Command" is the second studio album by American heavy metal band W.A.S.P., released in 1985 and now available in CD format from Madfish. This iconic record features some of the band's most memorable tracks, including "Wild Child" and "Blind in Texas," which have become staples of their live performances. The album showcases W.A.S.P.'s signature blend of raw energy, powerful vocals, and anthemic choruses that defined the glam metal era. With its provocative lyrics and dynamic guitar work, "The Last Command" solidified W.A.S.P.'s place among the leading bands of 80s metal.
W.A.S.P., formed in Los Angeles in 1982 by frontman Blackie Lawless, quickly rose to fame with their theatrical stage shows and controversial image. Over the years, they have sold millions of albums worldwide and are celebrated for hits like "I Wanna Be Somebody" and "L.O.V.E. Machine." Their influence on heavy metal remains significant to this day.

This is a good album. Not quite as strong as the debut album but still infinitely very listenable. The 6 bonus live tracks show just how good W.A.S.P. sound live as well.
