Kent CD but this great number â?? â??Nice To Be Nearâ?? â?? has since been found and now graces a re-released pressing of â??Indicationâ??, a track which is so hard to find on its only previous release, the UK-only Jay Boy; issued in 1972. - .. BE NEAR
