Description:

Formed in 2014 as a Stoner Rock oriented act, the band released a self titled EP which was nominated for Best Hard Rock Release on ACAM Awards. The track Memorial (from the EP) was performed in an acoustic version and recorded live by Flying Elephant in Botica Solera, as a result of winning a contest among several national bands. The EP has helped create a fanbase and has allowed the band to play around the country in a regular basis. The composing sessions for the album Ouroboric Trances began in early 2017, the band taking the time to craft and blend their original sound in a thick wall of fuzz, harsh vocals and slower tempos. Recorded live in session in Bushido Audio Studios in Cartago Costa Rica, by sound engineer Juan Pablo Calvo. The album setting a new step in the overall sound of the band, focusing on the most organic, aggressive and versatile side of Age of the Wolf.
