« Stations of the Crass » est un album LP emblématique du groupe d?anarcho-punk influent Crass sorti en 1979 sous forme de double disque vinyle. Cet opus se distingue par son engagement radical contre l?injustice sociale et la répression politique à travers une énergie brute et des paroles provocatrices qui repoussent les limites du punk traditionnel avec des expérimentations sonores audacieuses. Parmi les titres phares figurent « Big A Little A », « White Punks on Hope » ou encore « Systematic Death », tous porteurs d?une critique acerbe de l?autorité et de la société de consommation contemporaine. En tant qu?artiste et fabricant via leur propre label ? Crass Records ? le groupe s?est assuré une totale indépendance artistique fidèle à sa philosophie DIY (Do It Yourself). Fondé en 1977 dans l?Essex au Royaume-Uni, le collectif est reconnu comme pionnier du mouvement anarcho-punk ; ses prises de position politiques tranchées ont marqué toute une génération et inspiré nombre d?artistes militants depuis leurs débuts remarqués avec « The Feeding of the 5000 ».
