The rating for this frame is a 5. Its beautiful and highly recommended However, my only issue is with the sizing. It stated that is was a 20x30 but does not say in what unit of measure. I did not realize that this company was in Germany and automatically assumed that this was in Inches... which would have been perfect. To my surprise, it was a lot smaller than I needed. I still love the frame but disappointed that the listing did not state that it was a 20x30 cm and not 20x30in. So I took off a star due to the lack of unit of measurement.
