Description:

Timi Yuro was the first artist to record and have a hit with the song "Make The World Go Away". Recorded in 1963, she did an album with the title song in 1963 with a nice mix of songs from the then very popular Nashville Sound. For the first time, this album is being issued in it's entirety on CD along with all the outtakes recorded during the album sessions. Some of which saw release on singles, and some that remained unreleased and on the shelf for over 50 years. This release also includes her other country flavored material recorded in Nashville between 1965 and 1966, to make this release the definitive CD of Timi's country recordings that she mixed with her own special R&B treatment. All recordings are from the original studio masters! Playback Records is releasing this worldwide on September 20th, 2019! This will include an 11 page booklet of liner notes and photos with a detailed account of how her Make The World Go Away song and album came to be with the help of her good friend Willie Nelson.
