Knife made of blade steel, adjustable cutting thickness from the bottom, easy replacement of the blades. 3 different, replaceable cutting surfaces, 1 residual age. Comes with storage box for cutting surfaces. Cuts julienne strips (4 and 5 mm), cubes (2 and 3 mm) and slices (infinitely variable from 0 to 5 mm). Dishwasher safe.
